Mix salt, water, yeast and syrup, and start working in the flour.
The rye flour makes the bread tastier, but at least half of the flour must be wheat to make it grow properly. If your local superstore does not sell rye flour, try a wholefood/health shop.
Let everything rest and grow for a couple of hours, make the breads and bake them with 200 degrees C/ some 400 degrees F for 30-40 min. When they are finished, put them under a clean, wet towel to make the top softer.
