Onion potato salad

On the Norwegian constitution day, May 17th, my family usually eats sausages and this potato salad.

• Slightly thick slices of boiled potatoes
• Onion - either sliced or chopped
• Vinegar - add water if you find it too strong
• Sugar

As you can see, in this very precise recipe you have to improvise the amounts by guesswork and taste. But that's how one often treats recipes anyway.. Good luck!
