Address book conversion: ADR to - compatible comma-separated format

This page converts Opera contact list format to a comma-separated file suitable for importing to your contacts list or to other programs.

  1. Click the "Choose"-button below to locate your Opera address book file. The location depends on whether Opera is installed for one or multiple users. To find out, open Opera's "About Opera" screen, scroll down to the "Paths" section and look for the "Opera Directory" setting. The file is called "Contacts" with a (possibly hidden) extension .adr.
  2. Select your output format:

  3. Click

Privacy statement: the file will be automatically processed and then removed from the server. The E-mail addresses and other information are not made available to me or anyone else during this process, and not harvested, archived, traded or used in any way.

As I wrote it two days ago, I do not find a possibility to import the uploaded file in Outlook 2000. There is always given the text "Can`t read the file..." Can you help?

Perfect - used this tool to convert my Opera contacts for importing to Evolution on Ubuntu, which was proving to be a real pain. Used the Windows Address Book option. Thanks.

This worked for me on Apple Adressbook. Exported Operas contacts, used your program to transfer to Windows Adress Book. Imported the csv file into Apple Adressbook. Thanks for this service!!!
